Knowledge Realty Trust REIT IPO is a major public offering launched by India’s largest office real estate investment trust, co-sponsored by Blackstone (55%) and the Sattva Group (45%). Prior to the IPO, Knowledge Realty Trust raised ₹2,820 crore from anchor and institutional investors, including LIC, Morgan Stanley, Axis MF, and the Jhunjhunwala Trust, signaling strong investor confidence. The IPO proceeds will primarily be used for the repayment of debt associated with asset SPVs and for general corporate purposes.
