Shringar House IPO GMP, one of India’s leading producers and designers of mangalsutras, has announced its much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO), scheduled from September 10 to September 12, 2025, at a price band of ₹155–₹165 per share. This maiden offering is a 100% fresh issue of 2.43 crore equity shares, including a reservation for employees, and targets a total issue size of approximately ₹401 crore at the upper price limit. The IPO follows a book-building process, with institutional participation through anchor investors commencing a day earlier. The share allotment is expected by September 15, with refunds and demat credits processed by September 16, and the stock earmarked to debut on both NSE and BSE on September 17. Incorporated in 2009, the company specializes in crafting mangalsutras using 18k and 22k gold adorned with American diamonds, cubic zirconia, pearls, and semi-precious stones for clients across 24 states and 4 union territories, alongside exports. In FY 2025, Shringar House delivered robust financials, with revenue climbing approximately to ₹1,429.8 crore and net profit soaring nearly 97% to ₹61.1 crore, reflecting its strong market position and operational strength. The fresh funds will primarily support working capital needs—with around ₹280 crore earmarked for the same—and general corporate objectives, laying a solid foundation for future expansion in India’s burgeoning organized jewellery segment.
